At first glance the lacing on this handcrafted bangle bracelet mimics the hand lacing of fine leather stitching. The in and out of the 'stitches' is really an optical illusion of the way the clay is placed to connect open holes on the top layer of clay.
This two layer technique developed by Linda Stiles Smith for this patterning is just one of her unique designs. It is made more believable by the careful selection of colors that bring out the handmade leather character of the surface.
Expertly constructed on a brass bangle form it is ready to pair with other bangles for any casual attire.
1/2" wide it has a 8" circumference and will easily slide over a 7-7.5" hand.
