Best Sanding Tool: Micro-Mesh!

After years of sanding metals and polymer finding THIS tool was a hand-saver! Two sanding sheets are stuffed with a foam pad - easy on the hands and adjusts to curved surfaces as well as flat.

For polymer, I created a sanding station that makes the work go fast. It’s not a chore if you can watch TV at the same time! (TV on the wall over my bench!) This set up can sit on a shelf until I’m ready to sand, and I also have a travel kit in a plastic box that has smaller size pads and everything I need to sand away from the studio.

I love them for polymer clay, but they have the same grits that I use for metal clay and really any metal, wood, resin, and more.
