Summertime Sun Copper Bangle

Summer on the water is here! This two layer technique of applying a base layer of clay to a bangle then covering it with a contrasting layer with openings to let the base color show thru is a design by Linda Stiles Smith of NatureScapes Studio.

Using the patterning tools that Linda developed, the warmth of the sunset coral base clay is repeated in the zig zag rays that are expertly colored by hand to accentuate the theme of the design.

The cool turquoise water color on the top is the perfect backdrop for the setting suns all around the bracelet. All of this colorful clay design is securely applied to a warm copper bangle from.

3/8″ wide by 8″ circumference will easily fit over a 7-7.5″ wide hand.
