This 3M Wet or Dry sanding sampler set features approximately +/- 3 1/2" squares of 4 grits of sandpaper and a clean up stick. Makes a great starter pack for beginning clay workers or a handy travel set.
I always tell my students to try out classroom tools so they can decide what will be the best ones for the way they work. So I've put together a sampler of the 3M Wet or Dry® Tri-M-Ite® sanding papers to get them started. Once you have tried all the papers in this set, you will know what each will do and you can purchase just the grits you use the most in larger sizes. But honestly these are the most used grits on my tool bench!
With this large size I recommend that you cut them into quarters to use. I've also included a piece of my favorite Clean Up Sticks to try out! They last a looooong time so you can reuse this pack for a while before you need to restock.
Included: 400 grit - green, 600 grit - grey, 1200 grit - blue, 4000 grit - pink with a handy chart for reference. Plus a short stick of my favorite clean up sticks sanding sticks!
